Our hair is 100% raw and unprocessed.Select textures are carefully steam-treated using a heat-only method—completely free of chemicals—to achieve uniform, natural-looking patterns.

We gently steam some textures like curly or wavy hair. This is a heat-only, chemical-free method that maintains the raw quality while offering style variety.

Yes, our raw hair can be colored or lightened to 613. For best results and to avoid damage, we recommend having it professionally colored.

With proper care, our Cambodian raw hair can last 4+ years and be reused for multiple installs.
Order Processing & Shipping

Orders placed before 5 PM EST are shipped the same day. Orders placed after that will ship the next business day.

Standard USPS shipping takes 2–5 business days depending on your location. Expedited options are available at checkout.

Sometimes USPS delays initial scans. If your tracking says “label created,” give it up to 48 hours to update after drop-off.

Returns & Exchanges

Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges on hair extensions.

Lost Packages

First, check with neighbors or your local USPS office. If it still can’t be found, please file a claim with USPS.

Yes, all orders are automatically insured up to $100 through USPS. If Route Package Protection was added, you're covered for the full value.

You can file directly on the USPS website. You’ll need your tracking number and proof of purchase.

If tracking hasn’t updated in over 48 hours, reach out to USPS for status. We’re happy to assist from our end too—just contact us.

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once marked delivered. Please ensure a secure delivery location or opt into Route at checkout.
USPS Shipping & Insurance

USPS Priority Mail includesup to $100of insurance at no extra cost. If your order value exceeds $100, we recommend purchasing additional insurance to fully cover your package.

You can select the appropriate insurance add-on during checkout based on your total order value. If you need help, feel free to contact us before your order ships.

USPS insurance covers loss or damage while the package is in transit. It doesnotcover stolen packages once they are marked as “Delivered.”

If your package is lost or arrives damaged, you may file a claim directly with USPS at usps.com/help/claims.htm. You’ll need your tracking number and proof of purchase.

No. Once USPS marks a package as Delivered, we are no longer responsible for any loss or theft. We recommend selecting the correct level of USPS insurance at checkout for full coverage.
